receipts which is mailed out from NSC on 5-13-2011 (RD is 5-2-2011) with a
receipt number starting with SRC.

EB1A-140 approved by NSC, so mailed 485 to NSC, since the P.O. BOX only
accepted 140 only, mailed 485 to the P.O. BOX 87485.
Which one you send your 485 ?
