I can file 485 for my husband and I on Texa center based on my EB1 case.
However, my husband has already filed our 485 based on his EB3 cases which
is pending due to the retrogression in Nebraska center. The attorney told us
we can re-file our 485 in Texa based on my case. However, we can interfile
my approved I140 to my husband's EB3-485 which we can save 485 filing fee.
However, we feel it probably be better to refile 485 in Texa since it won't
affect my husband Eb3 case. If something happened to my job, we still have
his case as a backup. Is it right?
We did not know too much about it. Please help to give some suggestions if
you have a good idea or experience.

EB-1A的话,没有啥可以担心的。申请EAD备用着,再找工作就是。 如果REF的话，那时候
有工作就可以了。 没REF，一般绿卡就有了。
EB-1B,比较复杂一点,但是也没啥难的.只要你不是在485交了180天之内被LAYOFF,或者自己不干了.也是很安全的.
