I just tracked the status and found that it failed to delivery since no
authorized recipient.
The destination is TSC PO Box.
Anyone have encountered this problem? I don't think there is anyone to sign
my package... So I want to waiver the signature of the recipient but the
USPS told me at this point, I can not waive....
What should I do now....

题了，包括我。明天就正常deliver了。你想想看，这是个PO Box, USCIS是不大可能派
一个人成天蹲在那里签收的，每天集中时间取一两次而已。
版主如果看到的话，mark一下吧，太多人问这个问题了。

I E-filed. so only have 7 days..
Just worried that USCIS won't pick it up from the Post office.
So USCIS do sign and receive the package even I mailed them to PO box not
their street address?

版上好几个人用USPS express mail寄PO box都有你这个问题。
有可能地址寄错了？感觉PObox不会有人签收的。Instruction写的是express mail和
corrier不是寄到PO box的。 |

Don't send to PO Box if use express mail ...

说corrier要寄到street address。USPS的网站上明确指出USPS是唯一可以将express
mail投递到PO Box的服务。

I checked the old posts many people used USPS express mail and didn't waive
the signature
So believe it will all right.
