By following the I-765 instruction (EAD instruction), there is a fee of
$380, which can NOT be waived for the case of a pending 485. But I
remember it should be free of charge for a pending 485 (The category
number that I use in the I-765 form is C9).
Anyone can confirm or I made some mistake ?

费。

的EAD和
AP都是免费的
