Starting to prepare documentation (over 6 months!): November, 2010
Ref Letter: ~ 3 month (8 letters- 3 independent, 2 Acedamcians)
eFiling troubles (mostly due to the design of e-Filing system and our
understanding to the eFiling system:
1) Zip code versus city name: 奇怪， 大城市 (Chicago) 并不行！ 要填写我们的
小镇名字。好象系统自动检查有个 match list .
2) PP: to same address as TX center | t*******t
