I am confused with the online instruction. I thought for EB1A I am the
petitioner. But the part 1 of 140 efile is asking my employer information
and doesn't allow me to put my name in if I also provide my employer's
information. Also I am not sure whether my home address or work address
should be provided.
Any suggestions?

建议填 140 Efile 表时备一份 regular 140 表作参考。在regular 140 表上很清楚
地写着:
If an individual is filing, use the top name line. Organizations use the second line.
The second line 对应于 140 Efile 表就是 employer information。所以你不需填
Employment info.
