If you are interested in Green Card application under catagory EB1A (
Nowadays NIW EB2 is almost useless, since it will take more than 5 years),
you could consider to increase experience in manuscript review asap (you'd
better to get >20 reviews, if you want to claim that), please read the
following (Cancer field).
