centers process EB23IC first since their RD is much earlier than EB1s here.
After that, EB1s process is resumed.
This pattern has been repeated in the last couple of months. My prediction
is we will not see many 485 approvals in the next 2 weeks and will see a lot
of EB1 approvals from around 23rd of Aug. | n*****1
