我lg的表格填错了，就打电话去uscis改。那个接电话的人说，一定要我lg本人打，不
过他又和我聊了一会，问我还有什么需要帮助。我及其需要ead，因为我现在是h4，找
了个工作，可是还不能拿钱，我就把这个情况和那个人说了，他很好很有耐心，把我说
的都记了下来，说给我做一个expedite的service request，一般5天内有回音。
昨天刚好是第5天，我收到了uscis的email，里面这么写：
USCIS does not expedite I-765 applications that have been pending for less
than 75 days for any reason. The applicant is encouraged to file at least
90 days ahead of his/her expiration date so as to avoid a gap in their
employment authorization. It is not guaranteed that your case will be
granted expedite processing, but for consideration of this request, we
request documentation. Your request may not be granted. Please fax letter
from co with job officer and starting date and proof of financial loss to
the following number (402-219-6344). Please include this notice with your
fax.
这个from co with job officer怎么理解？我有老板的offer letter，是5月给的，说
是一有ead就可以给我pay，可以就用那个letter吗？
proof of financial loss，就说损失了几个月的工资？
我主要是体检耽误时间了，拿个体检表，竟然花了3个多月，所以5月就批准的i140，到
现在才递交485，sigh
希望大家给我点好建议，谢谢。 |

发帖数: 660 | 6 别提了，我们这里医生少，反正没中国人。我就随便找了一个，想不到检查过程那么漫
长，还好我身体一切都好，呵呵。最后到3个月的时候，我是自己去找医生了，很多小
事情，没有这么催，到现在都没办好，连最后的签字，都一直拖。
我刚才把东西都传真过去了，希望能够快点有好消息。 |

发帖数: 660 | 10 我是主申请人，我LG的765和131也被同时批了，不过我不知道他们有没有改正他的生日。
我来说一下经过，上星期五，我就把offer letter和自己的cover letter，还有现在自
己要做的课题转真过去了。不过我又乌龙了，我发传真的时候fail了，不过开始没发现。
labor day过后，星期二的时候和未来老板提起这个事情，他说可以给我写一封support
letter，怎么写都可以，我就写了一封，然后把他的信和cover letter又发转真过去
了，这时候我才发现周五的传真其实没发出去。
想不到这么快就被approve了，急着需要EAD的，一定要试一试SR。
还有，不知道什么时候才能收到EAD卡，等收到我就可以有工资拿了，呵呵。 |

mail寄出的。 |

发帖数: 660 | 15 8/25的receipt notice,26号sr，9／15拿到了ead卡，同时还收到了fp的notice.
我lg的卡也同时收到了，并且生日也更正了，真不错啊。
我们fp约在9／29日，不过那天我lg刚好出去开会，我们可以提前walk in吗？ |
