是让LD等我来了一起递485还是他先自己递了算了。
我想问如果LD一个人提交485被批了以后，我才来美国(我的visa还没过期,来美国没问
题),那时我再提交我的485，我需要排期吗？还是大体等得时间和LD的那个类别所需时
间一样？

trouble to enter USA, since H1 does not exist any more, your H4 will not be
valid. This is to my knowledge.
I wait my wife for over one month to come back to submit 485 together. |
