given to someone other than the affected party, such as the beneficiary,
which relates to the specific processing or adjudication of a particular
petition/application is prohibited by the Privacy Act and Service policy.”
我和老婆六月份递交的485，一直没有消息。最近打了两次1-800-375-5283的电话，想
要求Service Request希望有人能review我们的case，但总是被告知现在485才处理到今
年1－2月递交的，我们还得等4－5个月才能给Service Request（不知是不是这样？）
。昨天就发了个邮件到NCSCfollowup, TSC（t**************[email protected]），希望USCIS
能review我和老婆的485。很快有人回信说：“The purpose of this account is to
assist petitioners, applicants or their authorized representatives who have
contacted the NCSC number (1-800-375-5283) with an inquiry but feel their
inquiry was not adequately addressed within 30 days or who feel that the
response received from the NCSC was not sufficient. ....”我回信解释说：我已
经打过几次电话了.... 还是希望能帮忙催一下我和老婆的485
刚刚收到回信，就只给了上面这段话，不知是什么意思，希望谁指点一下。难道说我只
能催我自己的case，不能帮老婆问？

Yes. TSC processing time for 485 is Jan.18,2011. They won't allow you to
file SR.

The letter means that you can't get information for your wife's case. Your
