Use SJR ranking system. 分类细致. It always gives much higher ranking if the
journal is popular and famous.
比如Journal of Molecular Biology只排在JCR (ISI)
molecular biology field 50名开外，在SJR中virology排第2位！！！

2.35%这个数字太大了，即使内行人懂得其实不差，可是io不见得懂，尤其看惯了
0.x%这类的数字

I have a Chinese SCI journal, ranking 114th of 210 journals in the xxx field
. I did not mention the ranking on that journal.
My worst mentioned ranking in PL is 25th of 121 journals in the yyy field.

一流的基本都在20%以内～

In my own opinion, it should use the same year's ranking (maybe either 2009
or 2010 is OK) to make consistence.
