弱Eb1b Case ， 主要是 citation 少， 公司请的律师 claim 了老三样，
contribution里也没提citation, 只是大段copy了推荐信里吹捧的话， 然后还
说了一个专利， 就没了。我有很强的预感会吃 REF。
我原来的打算是把review放到contribution里， claim contribution and authorship.
但是和公司请的律师沟通实在是太困难了， 除了当初要我提供材料的时候有email往返
，
以后我发的email基本上是石沉大海， 没回应。 想通过公司的HR，他们还嫌我罗嗦，
说律师是专业人士。。。。
唉， 不罗嗦了,
PL claim 了三项， REF 以后能改 claim 两项吗？

matter whether you claim 2 or 3 items, but how you can strengthen your
contribution, that is the most important thing that needs evidential support
in the RFE response.

我也认为claim2或者3,都不会make big difference
也许到时候你会很suprise的发现都过了
但是关于contribution,还有totality要好好准备下
公司律师好像都是这样,我们公司的律师也是
大段抄写推荐信的内容,他们觉得写PL大概就是这样.

有一封不错的journal 的 editor的推荐信
你的意思是不管我现在claim 2 or 3, 最终IO 会用totality 来衡量？

The review part is about right. You may claim it in a section. You could even get one or two more such review verification letters, if it's not too much hassle for you.
You can use them to emphasize different things, such as one that mentions the first paper you reviewed to show that you were treated as a famous scholar since early on; or the journals you've reviewed are circulated around the world; or their impact factors or rankings are at the top, etc.
Exactly! Totality is the key, everything else supports it.
As to the lawyer's approach to cite reference letters, that's the way to go. The key is not that they should cite the letters a lot or not, but what should be put into those reference letters in the first place!
Every evidence can be spoken from the references' mouths, and that makes it as a double affirmation from both the hard evidence and the soft evidence.
If you want to claim anything, make the references claim those as well.
