EAD AP combo card。最后护照，I-94盖了 Paroled 的章，说以后就不是H1B了，15分
钟，但等了1.5小时。
出北京海关的时候，有个officer也不认识 combo card，等supervisor来了，说她见过
一次，就让我除了海关。
大家用了AP，都有没有去学校更新身份？ 我还没有告诉老板我申请EB1A并批了，想等
485批了再说，要是必需的，那我就去秘书或者payroll去更新一下。

Q: I was a H-1B holder, and used my Advance Parole to reenter the U.S. Do I lose my H-1B status and become in I-485 pending status?
A: If you resume your employment with the same employer for whom you had previously been authorized to work as an H-1 nonimmigrant, and do not use your EAD, you are in parolee status. However, if after being paroled in using Advanced Parole, you work for your current employer with your EAD or change employers with your EAD, you no longer have a valid H-1B nonimmigrant status, even though you can still lawfully stay in the U.S. during the I-485 pending period. |

工作(哪怕没有EAD)，也可以通过办理H1B延期或Transfer (?)转回H1B身份。相当于H1B
的名额给你留着。
对H1B自己来说，用了AP后不是H1B了，但还可以享受H1B的优惠，所以不少人笼统的说
用AP后还是H1B身份。但是要注意的是一旦H1B用了AP后，配偶的H4身份就不保了。有实
际的案例，H1B用了AP，一个月后H4想入境被据，因为H4已经失效。
