发过来了，这样写道：We select our reviewers from internationally recognized
scientists with expertise in the field related to the respective manuscripts
. Dr. Wang has demonstrated himself as an outstanding scientist and was
kindly invited as a reviewer for our journal.
这个“demonstrated himself”好像是我自己吹自己是outstanding，他并不认为我
outstanding.我该怎么办？弃而不用还可惜，本来也找不到几个独立推荐人。我可否要
求他改写？
还有性别搞错，我倒是可以自己改过来，不知可否。 |

outstanding scientist by your published work. not '自己吹自己'.
You may ask the editor correct the gender problem. |

This journal must be a good one so that this editor has been very familiar
with the green card application procedure. :-)

我定为成outstanding 了，还international recognized. 我估计是不是他刚拿到绿卡

这就是移民局要求的用plain words表达深刻的意义啊。
这编辑太牛了，估计私下在律师事物所干，顺便利用自己的编辑职务给人写推荐信。 |
