问题是我好不容易找的独立推荐人答应写推荐信，等一个月后再给人家发draft,恐怕都
忘了这回事了。

got the agreement from those references. But they all signed later on,
although some took long time

letters was not decided by the time they waited, but they might still choose
not to sign for whatever reasons. It didn't happen to me, and I hope that
it won' happen to you. There were cases on this board that some letters were
not signed or changed to be not usable. I hope that it won't happen to you.
