case is still under initial review. I plan to file 485 by Fedex now. My
understanding is I should file 485 to USCIS Phoenix Lockbox with this
address:

Attn: AOS
1820 E. Skyharbor Circle S
Suite 100
Phoenix, AZ 85034
Althought according to my living place, I should file 485 to USCIS Dallas
Lockbox.
Is my understanding correct? Thank you very much for your information or

NSC now. I am not sure whether I should use the address based on my living
place (Dallas) or I140 processing center (NSC). Does anybody had experience
on this? Many thanks.
