他说做过一次SR的就不能再做了，因为上次SR也没说叫我等多长时间。
反正骚扰议员的信也发出去了，只不过一个星期了也还没回音。
对美国官僚系统不抱希望了。

but it was on the SR, right? Although you did only one SR, they still quoted
you as having done it too many times, right? That is indeed quite unfair.
Well, as another new post mentioned, without status update, the approval and
green cards will still finally come. Bless you get your green card soon!
