根据这个,2008的CS文章平均被引用0.1次。。。有没有数据表明top 10% CS文章平均被
引用多少次呢？即便有，如果只是达到了10%，是不是也不应该特别提？
如果有两三篇2008的会议文章分别被引用共十次，需要特别提一下么，怎么提呢？

your 2008 papers are cited for 10 times from 2008 to 2012? u wanna compare
with them?

comparable to 2.53 for 2008 paper as of 2012 ?

evidences?
Or, if I have overall >100 citations already, would it be ok if I don't
bother with those additional explanation, but just provide the number&list
of the citing papers w/ their source countries?
