EB1C, and H1 may often apply for EB1A or EB1B.
EB1C might be easier to be approved. Who knows?

You should have worked for this company in another country for a year and
then move to its office in US.
Is L1 visa only on 公务护照, but not 私人护照? Does 护照 make any difference
in GC application?

发帖数: 6523 | 6 Because there's no rule on which visa has to apply for which GC category.
H can also apply for 1C, and L can also apply for 1A/B, as long as one can
show enough evidence to qualify for either category.
The point here is what you are doing exactly and how you can prove it. L is
supposedly a manager visa, and it itself is an evidence for 1C. If you have
lots of papers/citations/applications of your work, 1A/B is more suitable.
