EB1A的PP是在2011年11月份，12月1日收到RFE，＃1172。
承认publication and judge of other's work. 不承认contribution和media report.
当然我并不是觉得1172故意刁难什么的，我觉得他提到的基本是reasonable，他在
notice中提到的的却是我没有提供的，比如，media report里面没有注明Report发表的
日期，作者，期/卷，等。Contribution中，推荐人只是说DRXXX怎么怎么好，但是没有
具体的内容。如果要怪的话，只能说自己对于140研究的不够透彻，律师也没有提醒这
些关键的地方。
下面具体说一下RFE。
刚收到RFE的时候，研究了本版精华区的关于RFE的所有文章，心里有了大致的了解。同
时，从那时候开始每天来本版看最新的进展。也是从那时候看到关于killer 1172的消
息。本来觉得RFE也没有啥，可是看到1172 的过往记录后，觉得也没有啥底了。
然后，又回到本版的精华区，把关于EB1A的所有文章都看了一遍，这次不仅仅是RFE的
，而是所有的。包括有几份整理的AAO的记录，同时，非常仔细的研究了1172同学的RFE
notice，结合自己的情况，开始着手准备。本版精华区里面有很多非常有用的信息。
比如如何加强media report等等。在draft的时候，我觉得一个有用的手法就是借鉴
movie trailer的方式。大家都看过很多的trailer，里面常常有XXX报认为本片是"
incredible"，XXX报说本片是“must see"，等等。这个替换到我的case就变成XXX
professor说DRXXX "extraordinary". XXX 文章说DRXXX的工作是”leading to a new
area".
又找到3个letter,都是independent。因为1172就原来的一个推荐人的信提了一些问题
，无非就是非常general，没有具体的contribution啦之类，我再次找到这个推荐人，
非常针对性的写了一个回复（类似于大家投文章时候的rebuttal).
2/9/2012, RFE response 寄到TSC，2/17/2012，下午1点收到approval notice.
