It's rare to get phone-calls from them, and do call back to see what it's
about.
A couple of days ago some ID said that he got a voice message, as he couldn'
t pick up the phone then, to ask him to resend the 485 package as his was
lost, but when he called back, even the tier 2 officer didn't know what it
was about, who did an SR and he was told to wait for some days. I don't know
what happened later.
I hope that your case is easy and simple. Also, hearing something about it
