原来申请的NIW刚刚curent，有必要重新file一个NIW的485吗？
或者把EB1b的485 relink到NIW上，行不行？

"原来申请的NIW刚刚curent", which means that your PD is perhaps relatively
recent. The EB2 visa bulletin could retract to some earlier date, then its
485 may be put on hold, although I don't wish so.
"EB1b 485 pending." nowadays the 485 may be approved in 3-4 months, less
than 180 days. Relink may send a signal to the USCIS that your EB1B case has
some issues.
However, it's all up to you what you want to do.

some issues.这我原来倒是没想到。
我说的这个case，NIW的PD在2009年中，我猜想下个月排期即使倒退应该也不会退到那
时候。这个过几天就能知道结果了。
之所以想relink NIW和EB1b 485主要是因为那个180天的规定。EB1b 485也等了4个月了
，眼看要丢工作，如果熬不到180天工作丢了，即使485没有rfe，也拿到绿卡了，这心
里也不踏实。按其它帖子说的，不知道什么时候绿卡就被收回去了。

I do think that you can file for a second 485, but I just don't see the
imminent need yet.
I think that it's okay to change jobs right after you get your green card,
especially if it's because of the employer, but not because of you. There's
no reason to revoke it at all.
Also, if you are truly worried about this EB1B 485, you can file an NIW 485
as late as possible, when you are clearer about your job situation. Maybe
nothing will happen after all.

Eb1B可能不到3个月就批了，找老板，拖也要拖够三个月。

kathylee，PAYCHECK一分为三是怎么回事？一个paycheck分成三个，按三个时间发？以
前倒是弄过把一个paycheck分到不同的bank accounts，但是都是同一时间发的。 |
