"BENEFIT of Premium Processing: You will receive a decision much earlier
than regular processing, which is averaging 8-10 months. If there is no RFE
, you will receive a decision in 15 days. In the case RFE is issued on the
15th day, the response time allowed is usually 30-84 days, and USCIS can
take another 15 days to issue decision; you should receive a decision for
your case in about 60-124 days."
140 PP does not affect 485.
