My Eb2NIW PD is Mar2010 (TSC), 485 was filed on 04-18-2012 (sent to TSC)
Got EB1 140 approved (NSC) shortly after ---- faint.
I sent request to TSC for transfer my 485 reference to the newly approved
140 (Eb1).
Got reply as below:
" These cases are within our processing time. Presently we are processing
cases that were received on or before 09-01-2011. These I485's were filed on
04-18-2012. "
I am confused. Does that mean they have changed my reference to new 140 but
need to wait until my 485 is processed? Or, they haven't processed my
application, so I have to wait till they process my 485 to ask for
interfiling? |

2011 are processed. However yours is filed at 4/18/2012 and you need to wait
.
Call USCIS to ensure your case is relinked.
