Before going, just wanna double check with people here. Are MMR, Varicella,
& TD the only required shots? For other shots, should the doctor just
check "not age appropriate"?
MMR - LG and I both have records in our yellow vaccination documents from
China; does the vaccine require to receive in every XX years, just like Td?
Td - I will definitely get a shot today though the civil surgeon made a
mistake by putting a recent date in the chart. LG already got the shot
yesterday.
Varicella - LG had chickenpox when he was little. I never received a vaccine
and had that before. So is this one required? if yes, i would get it today
as well. And another question is "is that ok for me to receive two shots (
Td & Varicella) in the same day?"

这个要看移民体检医生，我们的医生是抽血，看个抗体水平，不够的要再打。抗体检验
报告一起发给移民局。

So is this one required? if yes, i would get it today as well. And

and noticed some info was wrong about my Td date (i didn't have Td shot and
they put a 5/12/2011 in the chart), that's why we are going to doctor's
office again today.

have time to do blood test :(
Also, just called the civil surgeon and was told they do not accept
insurance even though they are in PPO network. I guess that may be because
not filing with insurance they can charge a higher price - they charge $90
for Td and $160 for varicella. Are these reasonable?

你们已经拿到最后的体检复印件了？
为什么有些信息是空的？比如你的水痘疫苗

there is no competition in the market. Anyway, still happy that we finally
got this done and finger crossed on that our results are error-free:)
