我从移民局网站上找到以下内容.那是不是说我的petition letter 是由我的律师写的
，所以必须有G-28？
Right to legal representation: If you choose, an attorney or accredited
representative of a recognized organization may represent you when you file
an application or petition with USCIS. Your representative must submit Form
G-28, Notice Of Entry Of Appearance As Attorney Or Representative, along
with the application or petition. Your representative may also submit the

你学校 signed 140, 这是关键的.
律师是你请的,要交G28. G28律师要sign,然后, 你学校如果sign, 说明是学校请的律师
. 学校不sign, 可能是因为他们不想出律师费, 因为实际是你请的.
所以,你sign G28, 可能也行.
PL是你写,你sign, 律师要写一个cover letter, 他sign.

I-140的最后一项填写律师的信息，还写petition letter，这样移民局会觉得怪怪的。
要是我sign G-28和律师，那petition letter律师签名，不就等于是我自己写的
petition letter 了吗？Eb1b不是学校是申请人阿，怎么我自己写petition letter? | p******o
