标准中排列第二的原因。 大家不要对membership有错误的理解。
Documentation of the alien's membership in associations in the field for
which classification is sought, which require outstanding achievements of
their members, as judged by recognized national or international experts in
their disciplines or fields." Associations that are open to all members of a
given profession may be considered, but associations that limit membership
to only the most accomplished members of the profession are certainly more
valuable.
除非你是美国科学院院士一级的，一般的人都别论证这个，不小心就被RFE.并且一旦被
RFE这个，基本没办法辩驳。当然版上也有说自己是什么交钱就上的member也过了，但
那是IO看你其他证据够了，就不究诘这个了，如果本身就弱，引起IO不爽，你再claim
这个，纯找抽。IO正好想找理由呢。
