claim 了老三样，承认了符合三项。但small percentage没有达到。
1. 提出我审稿的一个中文杂志不enjoys a distinguished international reputation
. Thus the bneficiary's editorial position of this journal is questionable.
我知道我的审稿是弱项，总数虽多（60+提交时），但多数是垃圾杂志，还有中文凑数
的。感觉死定了。有好的建议吗？谢谢先。
2. 我10篇文章，他拿推荐人发了100或50多篇跟我比。‘uscis cannot conclude that
the beneficiary's publication record is consistent with sustained national
or international acclaim nor can we state that the beneficiary is among that

看完整了，你可能是乱吹了一通你的editorial boardship了吧，才会招致被直接打击
成NOID的。不过这不是没有救的，你可以做下面几件事情来挽救一下，只能是满天过海
了：
1） 你看看你的那个中文杂志里面有没有牛人，不要老中啊，你的这个主编里面大多是
老中，这个不可取。 如果有个牛人，可以把该牛人地简历付上，让他同时写封信说明
一下该中文杂志的影响。 如果你的中文杂志是英文版的，那当更加有说服力。如果没
有，那也只能满天过海了。
2） 收取一下被该杂志录用的top文章有没有被国际刊物所报道的，整个list,用以说明
杂志的international impact;
3) 找另外一个砖家（不要老中，也不能是老中）再给你写封推荐信，里面陈述一下杂
志的知名度，以及是否哥们也和不少伙伴一起投过这个杂志。
4）你要再整理一下审稿的证明，这个就是原始审稿的邀请信之类的，把里面的邀请人
名字highlight起来，说明一下并非是你自己邀请自己。 最好的情况是你的审稿都是发
生在你成为editorial board之前的，可以撇清关系;你不用找邀请人给你写信了，因为
肯定是个老中，而我估计你原来的目的呢也是想给自己多点审稿才去搞了这么个坑的。

关于第二点，你开始的陈述有点断章取义了。人并非一定要拿拿你和牛教授比较，而是
找不到一个参照物来衡量你发文的水平。 不知道如何判断而已，只好随手拿个推荐人
的发文次数来比较。当然这个都是申请时候poor presentation导致的。
而你要做的就是重新组织一下你发文的杂志的质量与水平展示，具体的technique很多
，你可以参考我写过得RFE文章，也可以使用大多数同学都用的给杂志排名，影响因子
列表，油灯图等各种信息。 而且这些内容最好找一个美国教授来帮你说一下。这些在

第一条：很明显你没有给出足够的证据来证明你这个中文期刊是international
prestigious journal。大蜜的建议应该足以对付IO了。
第二条：不知道为什么你的文章数会遭到质疑，我们大多数人都是这么多的文章数啊。
一个解决办法就是强调一下一个科研工作者的productivity (即文章发表量)不光是看
总文章数，还要看每年的文章发表数。就像比citation 一样，我们是没发和老教授比
total citation的，可比的就是 average citation per paper。
另外文章发表在那也很重要（文章的质量），可以在回复的PL里强调一下。举个例子，
牛人可能每年只发3-5篇文章，但篇篇是牛文（用journal ranking 和citation 来说明
）,非牛人可能每年有灌水文章20篇（IF<1, citation=0）。这样一比，IO自然就知道
你的small percentage了。

为他都会参考一下目前的申请状态。 如果楼主PP 1B,应该很大可能立刻RFE,等待1A的
RFE回复。 当然都没有明文的证据，只有根据已经发生的现象去做推断，所以不一定正

审稿看来要重新组织一下，突出small percentage
具体可以这样
1。挑3－4个好杂志的列表，给出排名的百分比，用SJR排效果可能会好一些。
把你的野鸡杂志的官网仔细看看，有啥好词都贴上。
另，你是不是其他任何一个international杂志的编辑（open access的也算）？是的话
，找杂志的官方主页上自我吹嘘的部分，打印出来。不是的话，看你中文杂志里有没有
啥重量级的编辑，表示自己也是其中一员。
2。 推荐人这个，
可以用他的文章数除以他们实验室人数
可以用他的文章数除以从业的年数
可以比较你的单片引用数和他的引用数。用你高的比他低的
。。。。
3。找推荐人证明你small percentage。nature应该相当small percentage了
你有没有找过nature的一坐吹你equal contribution？
