can not file SR since it is still in their normal processing time frame.
I argued the process time on USCIS website is as of May 31, the rep's
response was "it was posted on July 19" so she can only use that information
. She said a SR can be filed only if my RD is beyond the processing time.
Anyway, just some information for you. You might get luck to be able to file
a SR since nothing is impossible for USCIS. Most likely you will get the
same response as what I got. | F***G
