上次赶在截至日期前交485，TB阳性，血检也阳性。这回收到RFE，要X-RAY，normal。
但是俄罗斯医生在体检表上check了“CLASS B latent infection”建议吃药。这结果
会影响拿绿卡吗？
领导更惨，肿块明明只有不到4cm，俄罗斯医生非说12cm，他量的是红晕。埃，应该用
粉底遮一下。然后被要求血检，阴性。但是RFE x-ray因为超过10cm。同一个医生，
check了abnormal。因为由于哮喘，肺部有点大（hyperinflation）。这结果会有影响
吗？

），后来也拿到绿卡了，印象中还是耽搁了一阵子。 |

话说我记得tb active貌似是肺有白斑阴影什么的。hyperinflated没在这里列出来。

我觉得现在你们应该直接拿着chest xray去找你们的家庭医生先看看确认一下到底怎么
回事，毕竟咱都不是医生。然后从你的家庭医生那拿一个referral，去找你的移民医生
写一个note说明你没有tb active。 |

我也被开药了，但是我都不知道医生给我到底check的哪个box，我的chest xray是
normal的。。。
要是到时候会被影响我得现在去开药了。。。可别给我出这种乱子。。。

而且我还被医生给了prescription。。。
我觉得最差得结果就是我去花几十块把药开了，但是我不吃。。。
要是被RFE我就把处方给它说我的确吃了而且正在吃。。。
我看了一些帖子，好多人说这样没事。。。
不过我打算小心一点。。。
过两天去买药去。。。

建议吃药的话，不是一定要吃，想来没啥大问题。那个药，据说伤肝，没病表吃的好

confirm是否可行。我总觉得他想赚钱。 |

test as initial screening before X-ray. The doc actually put both results in
. No wonder, he can make referral bonus for the blood test, I guess. He
refuesed to only put one result+ x-ray. He insist putting both so that the
Class B condition can be checked.
So positive skin test + NORMAL X-ray would make it "No TB infection" or
could it be anything in the form? |

发帖数: 195 | 16 The doctors are trying to help you. If you blood test is positive and x ray
normal, that means you have latent TB. Those drugs can greatly reduce the
chance of TB manifesting when you get old or when your immu-systems get weak
. These are all clinically proved. And those drugs are FDA proved and
usually prescribed on short terms, so damaging the liver is just non-sense
talk. All we are doing is just follow the WHO TB treatment guidance. I just
don't understand since when refusing to take TB drugs become beneficial to
your health on this board.
Of course if you don't have TB or latent infection you absolutely don't have
to take the treatment drugs. And you can refuse to take drugs since it is
your own health at stake. Except for couples, if one is latent infection and
the other is TB free, I still highly suggest you take the drug to better
protect your loved ones.

发帖数: 404 | 18 你应该好好看看I693的instruction, 好像TB test 的直径是4 mm 而不是4 cm， 我去
的时候也以为是4 cm，然后医生量了一下，我的肿块是16 mm-positive, 我没注意那个
单位，他给我开x-ray。 Bronchial hyperinflation应该没事，x-ray是要看你有没有
结核的钙化灶或者空洞，还有是在肺下叶还是上叶。如果结核是阳性，6个月的抗生素
是必要的，别等你身体免疫力下降的时候，影响自己还影响家里人。

发帖数: 404 | 19 斑竹，大部分的药物都是需要肝脏代谢的，正常剂量，没有什么肝病史，应该不需要太
担心。latent infection是潜在的病根。

但我现在不吃我总有不吃的理由好么，我说我是因为害怕肝损伤的问题没有？
切，prescription的药，co-pay的钱你出？连续三个月，你是给我发bonus还是怎么着。
别弄的好像别人都不懂医学一样，我跟你算是同行好么。
