$1700.
By checking the website, i found that
for form 131, filing fee is 360,
for form 765, filing fee is 380,
for form 485, filing fee is 985.
With adding three together, they are not 1700. Also i found all three forms
can be filed together with a fee of $1070 from USCIS website. So is is 1070
or 1700?

发帖数: 404 | 9 985 是一个package fee-I485,I765,I131, 加上85 biometric, total 1070, 也就是说
你是一个申请人申请费。以前申请的时候fee是单独算得 每一个是300左右, 后来据说
是因为USCIS批准I131, I765的速度有的时候超慢，有的人绿卡都到手了 AP,EAD还没批
，然后要求返还AP EAD的申请费，所以USCIS就搞了一个package fee。你就算不申请
I765,I131还是1070，你查到的是单独申请I765,I131的费用。
你那律师可能打电话的时候大脑缺氧呢~~ |
