10/16/2012 EB1B PP NSC I-140 only Approved on 10/23/2012
I485/I765/I131 submitted to AZ on 2012/11/06 with LD by ourself(total 6
forms),filled G1145, provided email and phone number. I am the main
applicant.
11/14/2012, morning, LD's email box received 6 cases number for tracking.
Noon, LD's phone received text message. My email box didn't receive email
from USCIS, my phone didn't receive text message. By now we haven't gotten
letter from USCIS yet.
11/14/2012 night, both my bank account and my LD's bank account were
charged $1070.

很有意思，3个状态不一样。并且在11/9/2012我的fingerprint fee 就 accepted.不知
道我的情况和大家一样不一样。

On November 9, 2012, your fingerprint fee was accepted and we have mailed
you a notice describing how we will process your case. Please follow any
instructions on this notice. Your case is being processed at our NEBRASKA
SERVICE CENTER location. You will be notified by mail when a decision is
made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move while this case
is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your
case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-
5283.
I-765
On November 7, 2012, we received this I765 APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT
AUTHORIZATION, and mailed you a notice describing how we will process your

On November 7, 2012, we received this I131 APPLICATION FOR USCIS TRAVEL
DOCUMENT, and mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case.
