最近听人说，这个经济担保就是不要去领食品卷之类。。
但医疗保险medicaid 例外，来了就可以申请。
是这样吗？ 请过来人给个解答。

CA?, I am not sure) do not offer medicaid.After five years after getting GC
, they may apply for medicaid. However, I think they are still qualified for
medicaid emergency only service even when they just arrive.The only good
thing is according to form I864, medicaid emergency does not account as
sponsor's responsibility.I think when time comes, my wife and I may have to
go back to support our
parents (we are the only child). If they get sick/weak, there is no way that
USCIS will approve their application because that's obviously a burden to
the US. I am now trying to establish some connections in China just in case.
Also, our daughter's Chinese language ability becomes so important.
I am not sure about the Obama medical bill. I wish it can offer the same
opportunity to new immigrant to buy insurance at a reasonable price. |
