1. Fluorescent and non-fluorescent optical imaging instrumentation;
2. Single nanoparticle tracking in live cells;

I have contributed to the publication of 12 papers in Journal of American
Chemical Society, Chemical Communications, Analytical Chemistry and others.
The attachment is a copy of my full curriculum vitae for your reference.
Currently I am working on fluorescent nanoparticles, optical imaging and
microfluidics. Briefly, I use fluorescent nanoparticles to do single
molecule detection in microfluidics and to study enzyme activity in live
cells.
In December 2010, I got my Ph.D. degree (analytical chemistry) from XXX
University. My research adviser are Dr. XXX. My PhD research mainly focused
on developing new optical imaging techniques for biological process tracking
with single nanoparticle or molecule in live cells….
Based on my experience, I hope that I am qualified for reviewing some
