but normally the so-called "name check" takes longer time and is the rate-
limiting step.
it won't hurt to try walk-in. many people do this, hoping to be greened
sooner.
you will need fp notice to get into the ACS; so wait for your fp notice and
then you can try. not every acs allows walk-in. so even you get denied at
the entrance, it is ok; as said earlier, fp is not the rate-limiting step,
name check is.
