1. 能否自己pp, I-907表格的part 3, original signature能否填自己的信息

1. no, you can't. EB1B is a category which is supported by employer.
Employer has to file I-140 for you with signature. Since I-907 is for PP I-
140,so, the employer has to sign it.
2. no, the receive notice will be sent to your employer.
