我的简单背景见：

2. 针对RFE, 我LP找到版上摸版， Review Response points: 1). The journals I
reviewed are international premier journals， 我列表说明每一个杂志：杂志名
，影响影子，review次数，杂志简单届少。
2）editor RL 说明review 只给少数人。
3） 我的review 次数逐年增长，说明sustainable．
3. To demonstrate the significant contribution: 1). High level summarize
my overall contribution. 2). Followed by evidence: Example format: XX has
made significant contribution to the field of…, what I have done, what the
impact (presented in premier international conference and published in top
journals), featured web media reports, (table lists introduction to these
media), and praised by experts in the academic field.
4. Contribution - Citation: my citation is very low (<30). I did not
mention citation in the first time. For my RFE, I feel citation needs to be
mentioned. I searched all the authors who cited my work and found two points
same journal same period. 2). One of the authors who cited my work was
ranked by US News “Top Doctors”.
5. Authorship: 我没提作者顺序，Ｆｏｒｍａｔ：１。 杂志名，文章名，出版年
月。２。 杂志名，文章名，出版年月。３。。。２）．介绍这些杂志 （Ｆｏｒｍａ
ｔ）
6. Authorship: I compared the number of publications with faculties from
top 10 universities using the latest Top Research Universities Faculty
Scholarly Productivity Index published by The Chronicle of Higher Education
(the No. 1 source of news, information, and jobs for college and university
faculty members and administrators. www.chronicle.com).
7. Authorship: 我没提引用次数，提到多少ｉｎｓｔｉｔｕｔｉｏｎ， ｆｒｏ
ｍ 多少国家。ＸＸ＇ｒｅｓｅａｒｃｈ has been independently cited and
referred by researchers from over 20 different institutions, including first
-class research and education institutions such as “Stanford University”,
“University of Johns Hopkins”, ．．．.
8. Ａｕｔｈｏｒｓｈｉｐ：ＸＸ＇ｓｒｅｓｅａｒｃｈ has been cited by the
most prestigious and influential journals in the area around the world,
including ．．．,
9. Authorship: meetings and conference abstracts.
10. 找推荐人。多参加会议，回家后ｆｏｌｌｏｗ－ｕｐ．同一个杂志ｅｄｉｔｏ
ｒ，试了一个没回，是第二个，第三个。。。有时候最有名的会了你的信。 | S**r

看得出来大家引用多得自不用说，少的呢一般都是非生物专业，也可以跟那个top
university faculty的数目作个比较，可惜我这种生物专业但引用中等的，啥都不敢去
比，文章数，平均引用都根本没法比啊。
