applications all have current FBI fingerprints and name checks (exception
of
the son due to underage) as well as having a current visa available are in
transit to the area in which they will be assigned to an adjudicator for
processing.
Please allow 60-90 days for a decision or other Notice of Action regarding
these I-485 cases.
这是到了哪步了？ visa 已经 assign 还是没有。
一个半月前作 SR 告知case 已经 with a adjudicator 了，现在怎么又要 assign 了?
五月份 current 的，已经三个月了。 急人。
诸位估计一下还得等多久才能批。
