application. When filling out DS-160 form, there is a Security and
Background question as below:
Do you have any specialized skilles in firearm, chemical, biological etc...?
I wanted to get you guys input that whether or not this question applies to
us who have a biomedical background, like molecular cloning, virus culture
etc. I am assuming this question may mean those skills with weaponized
potential, am I right? What's you guys answer for this question?

question is targeting on someone who bears some skills that could pose a
threat.
