Renewal of this appointment is contingent upon satisfactory performance and
the continued availability of research funds.
在job posting 出来前，和系里面的HR强调过一次，要办EB1B，job posting words 需
要适合，他说没有问题。
有这样的一句话，还能满足EB1B job permanent 的要求吗？ |

I don't see any problem. Just make sure in your EVL that it is renewable for
no set term.

今天咨询了以前办NIW的张忽悠律师所的律师，得到的回复如下。
In addition to a permanent position offer letter, you will also need your
employer’s sponsorship for your EB-1B. It means that your employer needs to
agree to sign I-140 forms for you. Your employer will also needs to provide
the employment verification letter. |
