但140的approval notice寄到后，上边写着category是Alien of Extraordinary
Ability。
作何解释呢？我是希望是EB1A，因为哥们儿正好打算换工作了。。。 |

你的意思是，既然移民局阴差阳错把你弄成了1A，你干脆就利用这个错误踢了帮你申请
的公司？
于情于理你都不应该这么干，你这么做的后果是公司以后会不愿意给新人办绿卡
而实际上，你真要这么干，风险想当大，本来就是个错误的1A，公司随便通知一下移民
局就全清楚了
当然，还有一种可能，公司本来给你办的就是1A，但人家好歹给你出了律师费是吧

多谢答复！
我要来petition letter看了，其实发现公司律师申请的时候确实是申请的EB1A，写在
140申请表上和petition letter上的。我个人猜想大概我以前被拒的EB1A材料，我给律
师了。律师可能没怎么改，直接就交给移民局了。
有点不厚道。。。但时间成本啊。。。T__T
