I－485 case status。之前没有打过任何电话。过了几分钟就收到自动回复邮件，内容
如下：“Thank you for contacting the Texas Service Center (TSC) National
Customer Service Center (NCSC) Follow Up e-mail account. The purpose of
this account is to assist petitioners, applicants or their authorized
representatives who have contacted the NCSC number (1-800-375-5283) with an
inquiry and have not received a response within 15 days. This auto reply
message will serve as a record of our receiving your inquiry. However,
please note that you will not receive a response to your inquiry if you did
not first contact the NCSC number (1-800-375-5283) or if you are not the
petitioner, applicant or a designated representative of the case you are
inquiring about.”
请教向我这种之前没有打过电话的，是否这个email就不会再有回复了?学习前辈帖子的
时候没有看到必须先打电话这条，可能失误了。请问接下来该怎么做？谢谢。 |

发帖数: 454 | 13 打电话问tier 2你的case有没有assign io吧。我们的是三月底assigned to same io，
一个月后绿的。有了这个信息，跟congressman联系时也可以告诉他们。
