标 题: Does USPS mail containing GC Card require signature?

the USPS online status says 'delivered' but I don't get anything at my mail
box.
I recieved the 'approval notice' two days ago in mail box.
anyone knows if the GC mail should come in the same small envelop as other
letters from USCIS?
does it require signature upon delivery? | R*******d
