information is appreciated.
It requested a copy of an employment agreement.
However, at the end the letter, the letter says "this is the petitioner's
opportunities to articulate details or provide additional evidence in
regards to how the evidence submitted in the initial filing or in response
to this request for evidence establishes that the beneficiary meets the
requirements regarding the required high level of expertise for the
immigration classification."....
"In conclusion, when ultimately making a final decision regarding
eligibility, we will
first evaluate the evidence submitted by the petitioner to determine which
regulatory criteria the beneficiary meets in part one, then
Evaluate the evidence together in its entirety ....."
My case is weak. In my case, is the paragraph requesting additional
evidence for my "outstanding" at the end of the letter? Or this is just a
standard template for each ref asking for an employment letter or similar
evidence. Has anyone seen a similar REF.
