Last Monday I found that my visa expiration date on my online i-94 form is
incorrect. Then next day Ｉｗｅｎｔ ｔｏ ｔｈｅ ＣＢＰ ｏｆｆｉｃｅ
located ｉｎ ｓａｎ ｊｏｓｅ ａｉｒｐｏｒｔ， ｔｈｅ ｗｏｍａｎ ｐｏｌ
ｉｃｅ ａｓｋｅｄ ｍｅ ｔｏ ｃａｌｌ ｔｈｅ ＣＢＰ ｏｆｆｉｃｅ ｉｎ
Ｓａｎ ｆｒａｎｃｉｓｃｏ． Ｉcalled and a guy who answered my call said
that he was going to change the date and the correct date should be posted
on Wednesday. However, the date was still wrong on Wednesday.
I drove to the CBP office in San Francisco early morning today. An officer
who helped me told me that the correct information should be posted by the
end of today. After Iｄｒｏｖｅ ｂａｃｋ ｔｏ ｈｏｍｅ， Ｉchecked it
and ｆｏｕｎｄ ｔｈａｔ ｔｈｅ ｄａｔｅ ｓｔｉｌｌ ｈａｓ ｎｏｔ been
ｕｐｄａｔｅｄ．
I need the electronic i94 to renew my driver license. DMV people did not
accept the stamp on my passport , which is correct. Hope that incorrect i94
will not have negative impact on my 485 processing. |
