1）夫妻二人加一个20岁的孩子（明年六月21岁）
2）三人都有十年有效期的B2 签证。
请问 -
1）办绿卡期间是否还可以用这个B2签证来美国。
2）是不是可以给他们三人同时申请。
3）妈妈的绿卡正在审批中，是否现在给姐姐他们申请，还是等妈妈的批下来再说。

pending I-130.
2. you can only apply I-130 for your sister. Her family can be the
derivatives when she starts CP/AOS. the now 20 years old son will
definitely become aged out by that time.
3. you can apply now, or anytime as long as you are US citizen. |

发帖数: 1486 | 4 1) I would say the chance of getting denied entry is not very small, and it
depends almost entirely on the CBP officer and how convincing she is as to
return to China after her visit.
2) It usually takes about a few months at least to get the I-130 approved,
however, the approval of I-130 does not grant her any legal status in the U.
S. or allow her to immigrate to the U.S. For brothers and sisters of US
citizens, it takes more than 10 years before the visa number is available (
please refer to the visa bulletin published every month by the DOS), and
during this time, she may not be approved for a non-immigrant visa such as
B1 or F1 due to immigration intent although she may be able to get an H1 or
L1.

1) 如果在130或485 PENDING阶段，他们来美国的话，什么样的签证或文件（Advance
parole?)可以保证他们平安往返？
2）如果十年后，他们拿到绿卡，再过5年，他们应该可以申请公民了吧。那么，他们的
女儿35岁，是否这时还可以给女儿申请绿卡？
3）如果130 只花几个月能申请成功，那么在女儿满21岁前递485申请还是有机会的吧。
就算是等485等上10年，女儿30岁了，但因为485十年前递的，也可以拿绿卡吗？
