. EAD and AP were still pending. My wife, who is an attorney, did the
service request for her EAD. She placed the request over the phone call on
last Thursday, but uscis did not ask for supporting evidence. My wife Faxed
her law firm's offer and supporting letters to USCIS via fax.
Today, (three business days after ), EAD and AP petitions for both my wife
and mine were all approved. It is really surprised because my wife only
request expedite service for her EAD card only.
Just wanna share our experience, sometimes, when you did the request over
the phone, you better fax your document again to them, just to call their
attention.

背景调查，然后由于有EAD，所以不能以financial loss为由。不过还是恭喜！ | g*****a

reference number,没转IO，也没跟我要offer letter, start date。我要了接线员的
name和number,也不知道有没有用，需不需要写上。你也是NSC的case么？FAX number还
是402-219-6171么？非常非常感谢，找了好久工作好不容易才找到，实在不想因为EAD
耽误了最后没法上班。
