发帖数: 410 | 4 谢谢！从485表上给出的信息，我的理解也是应该选h。
但是从485的instruction来看 （ http://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/form/i-485instr.pdf ）, 好像是应该选a，因为instruction上选a的情况还包括"You are filing this application with a completed relative petition”。
但是在485表上的a选项里没有提到这种情况。
迷惑中，求解

显是（a），因为：
An immigrant petition giving me an immediately available immigrant visa
number that has been approved. (*Attach* a copy of the approval notice, or *
a relative*, special immigrant juvenile, or special immigrant military *visa
petition filed with this application that will give you an immediately
available visa number, if approved.*)
把有关的部分抄出来：
Attach a relative visa petition filed with this application that will give
you an immediately available visa number, if approved.
（其实这个本身就有矛盾；主句子说“has been approved”，但是括号里面说可以
attach没有approved的petition。）
但是它列出的可以attach petition的东西里只有relative、special immigrant
juvenile、和special immigrant military的visa petition。I-140不是任何这些；I-
140是employer的petition。因为employer的petition不在这个里面，所以（a）技术上
不符合。按理，他们的意图应该是I-140也包括的，但是可能写表的时候漏掉了。 |

客里的“闲话AP和EAD”（http://blog.wenxuecity.com/myblog/14332/200706/42162.html#AP131 ），也提到了这个问题。
