不确定cover letter到底要写啥，是不是就是如下内容？

acclaim;

significant original scientific contributions that have profoundly affected
the work of other scientists in the field of organic chemistry around the
world;
C. Judging the Works of Other Scientists: I have been constantly
invited by international journals to judge important research of other
scientists in my field;
II. I will continue to work in the area of extraordinary ability in the
United States.
III. My future stay in the United States will substantially benefit this
country.
Enclosed are:
1. Form I-140 with application fee in the amount of $580;
2. Form I-907 for Premium Process with application fee in the amount of
$1,225;
3. Petition Letter;
4. Index of Exhibits;

之规。
